Dear Sidney Crosby,
I'm writing you on behalf of my son.
He is 5 years old and was diagnosed with a extremely rare neuromuscular disease at 11 months.
I wanted to let you know that he is a huge fan of yours, this year for Halloween we made him a zamboni to fit around his walker, it had the Pittsburg Penguins logo on the front and your name and # on either side. Even though he has not been feeling well lately he still had the biggest smile on his face when he saw it and walked around treat or treating that night with pride.
As a mother I would like to thank you for being such an *** role model to my son and to all the other children, I couldn't imagine a better person for them to look up to.
I would love to send you a picture of him on Halloween in his Zamboni.
